In Jurmala on July, 29 in residence of the Authors and Publicists International Association (APIA) solemn ceremony of delivery of the European Gold Medal Society of name Franz Kafka to the writer, publicist and publisher Yury Melkonov has taken place. The award has handed the President of International Society of name Franz Kafka, the professor, academician Miroslav Klivar.
